Custom order

.  We are unable to charge you extra fees for customization.Our forge is capable of making different degree of customization

1. Select our existing models,then getting to custom any sword parts as your favorite.

2.Select our sword fittings and our steel available,then getting to assemble youself and with your specific specifications.

3.Yourself design or design from other company,send image designs to us for studying first,and we will check to see if they can be made.

  We accept to make custom order with no MOQ requested

Payment ,Shipping&Delivery time

Payment

For small order or sample order(under 20 piece)We accept payment via bank Wire Transfer or Western union /MoneyGram. 

For larger order, We just accept payment via Wire Transfer, If amount value over USD5000, 50%

payment as deposit is acceptable, the balance should be paid after seeing the copy of B/L.

Shipping

We can do worldwide shipping.Normally, We arrange Shipping by EMS Courier or sea transportation

Shipping way according to order quantity and customer's request. View EMS price list( We got 50%

discount from the price list).

Delivery time

Sample order,small order(under 20pieces),  We can finish making in25-30days.

Larger order in 40days finishing. 

PS:If custom swords is mainly products of your order, Delivery might be overtime.

Returns

Please take note of our pieces are handmade,there might be have some variation between your specs.When you receive the wrong item.Please contact us imeadeately ,the Item should be returned in as sent condition and the replacement item will be sent as soon as we recieve the returned item .We will refund the return postage fees.

When you receive goods in damaged condition.Please keep it in the original box and report the carrier immediately and inform us at the same time. We will give you the further instruction for you to receive the replacement or the repair. You must contact us for a return authorization before returning any items.
